Rules governing your use of EzMedSource and the Messaging Program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EzMedSource (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the EzMedSource website (ezmedsource.com), platform, and messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EzMedSource provides a biomedical AI assistant and support platform. The Service allows users to ask questions about medical device manuals, FDA recalls and safety information, manufacturer documentation, and troubleshooting procedures. Users may also request escalation to our human expert team for further assistance.
Transactions conducted through the EzMedSource Marketplace are additionally governed by the Marketplace Terms and the Vendor Agreement.
3. EzMedSource Messaging Program
The EzMedSource Messaging Program provides conversational support via SMS and WhatsApp. The Messaging Program is currently available to invited partner-network participants. By sending a message to the program number provided to you, you consent to participate in the program and agree to the terms below.

- What You'll Receive: AI-generated responses and human-assisted support related to medical device information, FDA data, troubleshooting guidance, and account-related assistance
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction. We respond to messages you initiate. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help and support information.

4. Important Disclaimers
EzMedSource is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. Do NOT use this service in a medical emergency. Call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. Specifically:

- Do not rely on EzMedSource for clinical decision-making, patient care, or emergency situations

5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming all procedures, specifications, and safety information with the original manufacturer documentation. EzMedSource provides reference information to assist your research but does not replace official sources.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive content
- Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive material
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or block any phone number or user account that violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior, without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzMedSource and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service, including AI-generated responses.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of EzMedSource or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri (Kansas City).
